Are U Down?

 I lift up my eyes to the mountains,where does my help come from?
 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121 : 1 -2

Devotion :

Everyone is sad and emotionally down sometimes. We will get disappointed for so many things like when we dont get the things we hoped for and when we experience a terrible loss, even it is pretty hard to resume from that,there is only one way to look and that is UP. The LORD is always waiting for us to hear from us through our Prayers.
